Quality Audit of Training:
In recent times number of initiatives for developing the skilled man power in various sectors had been taken. Construction being the largest manpower employer next to agriculture has found place in any training initiative taken by the government or corporate. However it is found that all the training providers are facing acute shortage of trainers and demonstrators, many of the training providers are new entrants and they have little idea about implementing the training program successfully.
In view of above observation ISDA offers training of trainer's program to help and support to the training providers. Further it is envisaged that for ensuring the quality of training an independent assessment needs to be done by involving a third party, here ISDA is offering its services as quality auditors for training. The Quality audit mainly consists of:
Review of course material being used
Verify the records being maintained at training centre
Trainers quality in delivering of lectures / relevant subject theory
Review method of periodic assessment and final assessment
Review the method of hands on training being provided
Review the suitability of tools and material available at training centre
Report on training imparted and its impact on trainees
It is an interesting program intended to improve the performance of training providers and supporting them to achieve their goals.
