Established in 2013 in Delhi, the Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (ISDA) operates as a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 8 of The Companies Act, 1956 (formerly Section 25C). With approvals for 80G and 12AA under the Income Tax Act, ISDA is dedicated to creating a significant social impact through various initiatives aimed at enhancing skill development and generating employment opportunities throughout India.

Our commitment to social welfare spans multiple thematic areas. In Skill development, we empower individuals through comprehensive training programs designed to improve employability, particularly within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Our quality healthcare initiatives focus on facilitating access to essential health services while raising awareness about pressing public health issues, thus enhancing overall health outcomes in underserved communities. We also prioritize women empowerment, promoting gender equality through targeted programs that foster self-sufficiency and leadership among women. Additionally, our efforts in infrastructure & rural development encompass projects that provide basic education, sanitation, and hygiene training to uplift rural & underserved populations, ensuring sustainable development.

ISDA’s operations extend across several states, including Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. To date, we have positively impacted over 1,00,000 individuals though our diverse interventions and program implementations, demonstrating our ability to foster change at the grassroots level.

Our organization is empanelled as Assessor Competency Evaluation (ACE) under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) scheme for the construction sector, as recognized by the Director General of Employment & Training (DG&T), Ministry of Labour, Government of India, and NITI Aayog. This distinction highlights our commitment to developing tailored training and human resources that address the specific needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors.

ISDA has successfully implemented over 100 national-level programs and conducted more than 60 sponsored training initiatives for renowned Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and corporations. Our esteemed clients include Military Engineering Service (MES), Engineers India Limited (EIL), TATA Steel, MSC Agency India Private Limited, Sembcorp India, Oil India Limited, NPCC Ltd, Housing Boards, L & T Ltd, Coal India and LBCT (CSR Wing of JCB India).
