Mr. Vijay Ranjan
Mr Vijay Ranjan – Armed with a B.E. Civil degree from the Institution of Engineers, New Delhi, Mr. Ranjan began his career as a project engineer. He then started his own construction company and registered with Central Public Works Department (CPWD) as a contractor and undertook several projects successfully for the next two decades in and around Delhi. Once firmly established in the field of construction, he went further to register a Section 25 company in order to promote and undertake social welfare activities. Several government skill development programs and CSR projects are being successfully implemented under his aegis today.

Mrs. Reena Jain
Mrs. Reena Jain – With over two decades of pedagogic experience in educational institutions across the country, Mrs. Jain has been actively involved in workshops and learning experiences to take teaching methods to the next level. With a B.Sc Chemistry degree from Benaras Hindu University and a B. Ed from Annamalai University, she has a keen interest in developing core concepts for better teaching methods and formulating simpler design for basic educational training. Since 2014, thousands have benefited from skill development and educational activities through her not for profit company working to benefit the underprivileged section of society.

Mr. Keshav Sharma
Mr. Keshav Sharma – As a civil contractor cum entrepreneur, Mr. Sharma has successfully undertaken and executed several construction projects for BSF, CPWD and Uttar Pradesh irrigation department. Having had a great learning experience at Delhi University and consequently converting it into a successful business career spanning over two decades, he understood there was a huge deficiency in the development of human resources in the construction industry. In 2014, he established a skill development academy with like-minded people to aid the workforce in the construction industry to have access to education and training. His builders’ firm is currently operational in Ghaziabad, UP.

Mr. Azad Khan
Mr. Azad Khan is Program Manager of Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (ISDA) and possesses more than 13 years of experience in skill development initiatives. Mr. Azad Khan graduated from the HNB Garhwal University. He has 13 years of rich and diverse experience of working with government, private sector and multilateral institutions in field of Education and Skill Development. His vast experience in project development, management and implementation, advisory & consulting roles helped ISDA in capacity building & sustainability and ensuring that it delivers on its promise and commitments regardless of challenges. He has successfully completed Various Schemes of Skill Training & Placement and other social development programs.

Ms. Ayushi Arora
Ms. Ayushi Arora – Armed with an M.A in Social Work from Gautam Buddha University preceded by a degree in political science, Ayushi has worked extensively with children from slum areas. She has a keen sense of understanding the needs of children in backward areas through her mobilization and pedagogic efforts for several NGOs. Even during lockdown, she played a major role in alleviating the mental stigma around Covid-19 with a team comprising of volunteers across the country. She has joined the team to take her experience of working with the lesser privileged to the next level through implementation of innovative ideas for forthcoming CSR projects.
